Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads (e.g., the Imperfect Fitness Planner)
- Skincare products that have been opened or used
- Final sale items
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges. Please contact us and we'll get it sorted out.
